These are our Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions provide the basis of any contract between We Write For You and the client. (You, as a representative of yourself or your company).
We will consider ourselves contracted once we have received your purchase order, which we will confirm receipt of. Confirmation of receipt by us seals the agreement or contract for us to write for you and for you to pay us for that service. On completion of the agreed work, to your satisfaction, we will invoice you on the terms that you or your company will pay us within 30 calendar days.
We guarantee our work, if initially you are not satisfied, we will work with you to ensure that the final results meet with your approval. When you, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of a company commission us, or one of our associates to write for you, you are buying the rights to that work, and this becomes fully yours on receipt of full payment.
We are extremely careful writers and will make every effort to ensure that what we write is free of spelling mistakes and other errors. We are proud of our work and we guarantee it. Therefore we will make any *small changes you require up to three weeks after first hand-off. Thereafter it will be assumed the job is finalized and the responsibility for the content fully reverts to you or your company. We suggest you review all content carefully before this three-week time-frame is up.
*small changes e.g. punctuation, grammar, slight changes in a phrase, up to 10 words, on the condition this does not change the essence of the article, therefore rendering it useless.
